Refund policy

At Boxy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

Returns on full-price merchandise will be accepted by mail within 14 days of the date received. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The timing of the credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process:

If you wish to return merchandise in accordance with our return policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a request for a refund with your order number to boxytolearn@gmail.com.

  2. The address for mailing the return item(s) will be shared via email once we process your refund request.

  3. Please ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Boxy does not provide prepaid labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  5. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Purchasing a New Item:

If you wish to replace an item with a different one, you will need to return the original item following the above guidelines and then place a new order through our website.
